The ministry of economic development suggests to create the unified reporting register for business. If to summarize expenses on estimated innovations together with other actions to decrease administrative load on business, it will take 1,5 billion rubles from the budget. The ministry developed the concept to decrease the expenses of business in regards to reporting submission. Today these questions are regulated by more than 800 acts, in total it is about one thousand reporting forms.
Why the ministry of economic development decided to reboot business? The ministry says the reason – the excess volume of data which needs to be submitted too often and to different departments, and also, that fact that these requirements regularly change.
At the moment the companies annually submit about 49 billion different documents.
The innovation is wanted to be brought in the government in September-October of this year.
How the unified register will work?
The unified register of the reporting will represent information portal on which the companies will be able to find necessary requisites for the reporting, templates and forms, the list of departments, where to send these data, frequency, terms and ways of delivery, and also justification why all this needs to be done.
To create such database, the ministry suggests to spend 1,5 billion rubles from the budget.
