Igor Kuks the head of department of strategic development of the territory of Angarsk opened the seminar: “This event of a regional value was organized on our initiative and in coordination with the management of the Center of cluster development of the Irkutsk region. The purpose is to define possibilities of cluster development in our area, define the problems, and solve using the best practice. Participation in clusters is a real possibility of development for industrialists of the Angarsk district”.
The head of the Center of cluster development of the Irkutsk region Anton Vasilyev thanked administration of AGO for the work promoting development of the cluster movement in the Irkutsk region. Anton Aleksandrovich reported the possibility of creation of a machine-building cluster in the region and those benefits which will receive the enterprises – participants. The Irkutsk aircraft factory where the large project of construction of the civil MS-21 plane is realized will become a basis of machine-building association. As it is planned that the Irkutsk aircraft factory will transfer some projects for the outsourcing, the enterprises owning the machine-building capital can take part in this large-scale project, having presented own opportunities.
“Purpose of the Center of cluster development to lobby your projects, to allocate financing for realization of the most interesting initiatives. A current situation is that authority has money, but there are no projects for realization therefore one of the main objectives for today – to be engaged in development of industrial projects “, – Anton Vasilyev explained.
On behalf of the present representatives of business the director of JSC Baikal Production Company Vladimir Holin thanked guests for presenting an opportunity to participate in the projects and told that for its enterprise it is a good stage for further development.
Participants of a seminar considered necessary to create the working group to simplify interaction of the enterprises of the Angarsk city district at creation of a machine-building cluster. The member of council of chief mechanical engineers of the oil processing and petrochemical enterprises of Russia and the CIS countries Sergey Mukhin headed group. Representatives include: a machine-building orientation operating in Angarsk the city district as JSC East Siberian Engineering Plant, JSC NPP OKBA, JSC BPK, Angarsk science and techno park.
We will note that in the Irkutsk region work on creation of a pharmaceutical cluster is actively conducted, along with fifteen pharmaceutical companies and scientific institutions of the Irkutsk region it includes also Angarsk JSC Tayga-produkt.
