For preparation of the project of creation of industrial park which will be a part of a machine-building cluster in the Irkutsk region, participants intend to create the special design company in the form of economic partnership – “Industrial park “Irkut”. Also the parties plan to involve the state support and off-budget financing regarding creation of an infrastructure component of park.
The industrial park will become a modern industrial platform for placement of the small and medium-sized enterprises occupied in production of accessories for Irkut Corporation and other leading Russian enterprises in the sphere of mechanical engineering and aircraft industry.
We will remind, the cooperation agreement on creation of the machine-building cluster allowing to unite existing and to involve new productions, and also to provide release of production, competitive in the world market, in the field of aircraft construction was signed by the parties in November, 2014 on the First Baikalsk the Cluster forum “KLASTERRA”.
Within a cluster creation of the centers necessary for the organization of a technological chain and decrease in a barrier to an entrance of machine-building enterprises of small and medium business is planned for the market of mechanical engineering. The science and technology park, the center of engineering, the center of certification and tests and the center of subcontracting will be a part of a cluster. The Irkut Corporation which is defined by the head producer of an innovative product – the medium-haul MS-21 airliner will become a key link. The family of the near and medium-haul MS-21 airliners has to succeed park Tu-154, Tu-154БМand their western analogs. That MS-21 could compete with production of Airbus and Boeing, its production will be based on the most modern technologies.
– The most important that the Irkutsk region as industrial region, has not only resource potential, develop and the overworking enterprises, the index of industrial production steadily grows. A task of the Government of the region – to provide conditions for investors, for opening of the new enterprises connected with key branches. It is important that near large productions the enterprises which will be competitive including in the foreign market can be created. Creation of similar clusters has to be reflected and in development of social infrastructure, – the head of the region noted.
Besides, within MAKS-2015 the head of the region signed some more cooperation agreements with the companies, being residents of a machine-building cluster in the territory of the Irkutsk region. In particular, the agreement with JSC BEE PITRON which fixes conditions of interaction and cooperation in implementation of the investment project by the company in the territory of the Irkutsk region, and also the joint initiatives and projects directed on formation of a favorable economic, investment and social situation in the Irkutsk region is concluded. The company specializes on production of hi-tech electro technical production of different function. The agreement with JSC Industrial technology – the company planning to realization in the territory of the Irkutsk region the investment project is signed. The main activities of the enterprise are, production and repair of arms and military equipment, development of repair documentation, and also installation and construction works of any degree of complexity.
