The finance resources contributed to the budget thanks to businesses and the large enterprises allows completion of many significant projects on infrastructure, construction and improvement of the public sector.

The experience of the Angarsk is followed by other regions. There is a development of the enterprises that make unique local production and raw materials. The city administration as part of the programs of support of business actively helps local producers providing information and financial resources.

Interesting and new business ideas which will help Angarsk to grow and develop, always find support at local governments. During 2014 the city administration supported a number of projects from idea to launch.

Artem Ovsyannikov came up with the idea to launch an electronic trading platform. There was a wish to create a product that will help the Russian producers and buyers to get qualitative goods at lower price. Artem Ovsyannikov addressed to consulting firm as to how start the business. And that’s how it began.

– the City administration called me and suggested to submit the application for grant for starting businessmen. Following the results of selection I received a subsidy. Besides, the department of development of small and medium enterprise helped me to find contractors to create a portal. On money of a grant we bought furniture and the equipment necessary for moderating of a portal. “The Angarsk technopark” provided the space with free rent for half a year, – the director of the made-in-ru Internet portal Artem Ovsyannikov told.

The advantage of Made-in-ru portal is that production of the Russian producers will be sold directly, at the price which 30, and even 70% lower, than through third parties. It is a goal of top managers: to reach the top level of Russian market, and reach towards international markets. A portal – an excellent way of attraction of investments. Especially attractive is local traveling and a handmade of local masters.

The importance of this project for Angarsk is already recognized. In the fall of 2014 the made-in-ru portal was among residents a startup school “Taiga” which is operating with assistance of the Russian venture company, the Ministry of industrial policy and a forest complex of the Irkutsk Region, and local Ministry of economic development. The portal was presented at venture fair. Besides, in December Artem Ovsyannikov became a winner in the regional competition “Youth of the Irkutsk Region— 2014” in the nomination “Achievements in the Internet Communication and New IT Technologies”.

– I am grateful to all who helped me to realize my idea, didn’t think that dreams can come true in such short time, – Artem Ovsyannikov said.
