“Road maps” of the National Enterprise Initiative (NEI) include the concrete normative legal acts created for simplification of conditions of business in the country. So, only last year 47 federal laws, 55 acts of the Government, 192 departmental acts and 2 Decrees of the President were approved. Already now more than 70% of the demanded documents are accepted, and work on preparation of the remained short stories actively is continued. However for improvement of business climate law-enforcement practice plays huge role – whether the accepted norms are effectively realized, whether work of authorities at the federal and regional levels on reduction of quantity and cost of administrative procedures is successful. Only the businessman, daily in the work facing administrative barriers, can estimate, how easier and more simply began to do business.
