The deputy director of department of information technologies and public relations of Minpromtorg of Russia Svetlana Dotsenko told in more detail about the state information system of the industry during work in Innopolis.
“Among the main objectives of new system – creation and development of modern industrial infrastructure, stimulation of introduction of results of intellectual activity and development of production of innovative production, support of technological modernization of the industry, modernization of the fixed business assets”.
As Svetlana Dotsenko noted, the solution of the specified tasks requires, first of all, collecting of information (databases) of SIS of the industry and ensuring their filling in the due mode and with due quality.
“For the enterprises and the organizations of the industry the SIS of the industry will give the chance also to use monitoring and analytical data in planning and management of development of production and sales of products at the level – from the integrated structures in OPK to the separate enterprises or, for example, the engineering centers. At this SIS of the industry will provide a uniform entry point, the uniform interface, a uniform window for obtaining all necessary information on the planned and carried out measures of stimulation and support for participation in programs and actions at all levels, and also for formation of feedback and suggestions for improvement of industrial policy”, – the deputy director of department emphasized.
