In May, 2014 the city administration issued the investment passport which contains the main information on a development projects.

In 2013 the “Investment Appeal of the City of Angarsk” project was developed. It took around half a year to complete the “investment passport” project. There are several parts to it: information on the city, its competitive advantages, business climate, vectors of development and investment platforms.
