We launched a project for the implementation of a standard for the development of a favorable investment climate in the constituent entities. The purpose is to make the best business development practices not only the lot of individual successful regions, but the general work policy of all regional administrations.
The Irkutsk region is one of the regions where the municipal investment standard will be introduced. One of the territories of introduction is the Angarsky Municipal District, where all accessible infrastructure is available for placing production facilities and other objects of investors.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVESTMENT STANDARD
A huge work has already been done on our territory to form and implement the municipal investment standard. We have spent the entire 2015 working on this task.
