The passport of the project represents the confirmed planning mechanism. In other words, it is project “model” for further implementation, the objectives and results, resources to be provided, interactions to be carried, risks to be predicted etc. Project manager developing the document.

• detailed description of stages of the project, including duration and results of each;
• natural (units, pieces, etc.) and financial (expenses, income, profit) indicators;
• the schedule works in breakdown for stages of the project with the responsible person for each of them;
• matrix of responsibility of participants for intermediate results and levels of decision-making;
• the project manager authority on its subordinates;
• risks at each stage, ways of neutralization and responsible for their identification and elimination;
• internal (participants before the project manager) and external (the project manager before top managers of the company) reporting system of the project (intermediate and final).
It is essential to create and approve the process of Project Passport protection and approval by the superior that would supervise the realization. The reports are prepared in accordance with the Project Passport.
The applicant for investments can submit information on the project to a city administration. The project information is sent via e-mail to the authorized expert of a city administration.
