The credits obtained from the Russian credit organizations in 2014-2016 on implementation of new complex investment projects with priority to civil industry within the subprogramme “Ensuring realization of a state program” of a state program “Development of the industry and increase of its competitiveness”.
Rules are approved by the government resolution of January 3, 2014 No. 3.
Competitive selection will be made taking into account the changes approved by the government resolution of April 2, 2015 No. 317:
– transition to subsidizing 0,7 key interest rates of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation according to the credit agreement (before 0,9 rates of refinancing of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation);
– expansion of the possible expenses on the investment project due to inclusion of costs of reconstruction of fixed assets (earlier only new construction);
– increase in the maximum cost of the investment project up to 5 billion rubles (previously 2 billion rubles);
– expansion of possibility of granting subsidies on the loans granted for the term of not less than 3 years (previously not less than 5 years).
Application and the enclosed documents are accepted from April 13, 2015 to May 12, 2015 at the address: 109074, Moscow, Kitaigorodsky proezd, 7.
In order to support the enterprises through out the selection the advice center is created.
