The Ministry of Energy of Russian Federation declared start of competition of projects in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency. Rewarding of winners will take place on November 19-20, 2015 in Moscow within the IV International forum on energy efficiency and development of power industry of ENES 2015.
To participate in competition the projects realized during the period from October 1, 2014 to September 1, 2015 are accepted.
Competition is held in 2 stages. At a regional stage subjects of the Russian Federation determine 3 best projects from number of the submitted applications by each nomination. At a federal stage the contest committee including representatives of the branch ministries determines from among the projects selected by regions by one project finalist from each subject of the Russian Federation.
Winners will be defined by the open Internet vote organized on the forum ENES-2015 site in November, 2015.
